Knitting class: For experienced knitters, learn to read English patterns, spring 2018
This class is usually taught in Danish at our Showroom in Søborg, but you are welcome to join and we will make sure to translate and assist you with everything you need.
This course is targeted experienced knitters who would like to learn to use knitting patterns written in English. We will teach this, as well as guide you in the different techniques you meet along the way. Furthermore, we will show you how to find information and ideas online to help you with English patterns in the future. At each class, we will walk you through different knitting techniques or patterns, and we will help you choosing colors, materials and combinations.
We have previously taught a series of classes focused on Stephens West’s shawls, but you can choose any pattern or designer. Another favorite is Olga Jazzy, and we will look at her patterns as well.
The classes are planned as two series of 4 with a one-week interval between the classes, so you will have time to knit at home between each class. If you participate in all 4 classes is will likely be possible for you to start project at the first day and finish it during the last.
You can buy tickets here below. You can purchase for as many dates as you want, you just have to add each date individually.
The participation fee is 199 DKK per class.
We serve tea, coffee and cake, which is included in the price.
We can host a maximum of 15 participants each time. Participants must be experienced knitters.
Location: Önling, Rosenkæret 14, 2. floor, 2860 Søborg.
Classes will take place from 16 to 19 o’clock.
